Your hosts

We are Jo and Rob, married for 52 years and living our semi-retirement dream on the Mornington Peninsula. School holidays with our four children were often spent on the beaches and around the coastal towns of the Peninsula. To be living now on a small property, under the gum trees, expanding our garden and growing food is a dream. We love to share our small piece of the planet and short stay rental with guests seeking calm and special times to rest, read, relax, and tour the many wonderful places and sights within a short drive from Jack Cottage. The third member of our original hosting team Wombat, the blue heeler dog sadly passed away this year. He provided a special greeting for our guests and was such an important member of our family, much loved and regularly mentioned by guests in our 5 star reviews, so we keep this photo of him here. We welcome guests children who can run around and play for hours in the gardens and on the swings and play equipment added over time for our growing tribe of grand children.
